Geared motors for sliding Doors

The classic gearmotor for sliding doors is a 90 degree gearmotor, with motor in BLDC or DC brush technology.

DC gearmotors, always equipped with encoders to allow the acceleration and deceleration of doors, are more common due to their lower cost. However, brushless geared motors are gaining ground because, if the resolution of the encoder produced by the hall sensors is sufficient, their cost is close to that of the traditional brushless solution, with the advantage of a longer service life.
